Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office management systems, clerical duties, and customer support is highly valued. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Operate office equipment including printers, fax machines, and computers with proficiency in computer literacy and office software
  • Maintain organized records of client information and correspondence
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and personalized support
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail handling, and general administrative duties
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative experience preferred, including roles such as medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail in previous roles
  • Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and customer support experience are essential for success in this position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
