We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will manage all aspects of guest accommodations, from check-in to check-out, while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Schedule:
- Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in person
- Verify payment methods and process guest transactions
- Welcome guests and assign rooms based on availability and preferences
- Provide accurate information about hotel rooms, rates, amenities, and services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, organized, and ready
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information
- Assist with group reservations and special arrangements (e.g., weddings, VIP guests)
- Promote and upsell additional hotel services and amenities when appropriate
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, FOSSE)
- Understanding of travel and booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor)
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
