About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing hotel team in Salalah. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hospitality, customer service, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment with international guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in/check-out hotel guests in a professional manner
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and booking systems (walk-ins and online platforms)
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages such as Arabic is an advantage)
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, booking systems)
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is a plus)
