  • Be responsible for the company's front desk reception work, receive visitors, partners and employees warmly and professionally, complete registration and guidance, and maintain the front desk area clean and orderly.
  • Answer and transfer company calls, keep accurate call records, convey relevant information in a timely manner to ensure smooth communication; handle the receipt, classification and filing of daily front desk documents.
  • Be responsible for the procurement, registration, distribution and inventory management of company office supplies, conduct regular inventory to ensure sufficient supply and standardized use of office supplies.
  • Be responsible for the reservation, arrangement of company meeting rooms and tidying up after use, coordinate meeting-related matters to ensure the smooth conduct of meetings.
  • Be responsible for handling the work visa application for new employees: assist in collecting and sorting out the personal and company-related documents required for new employees' visa applications, and verify the completeness and standardization of the documents; contact local visa processing agencies and the human resources department, follow up the progress of visa applications, feedback the processing status in a timely manner, and ensure that the visas are approved as scheduled.
  • Assist in handling daily company administrative affairs, cooperate with various departments to complete relevant coordination work, and fulfill other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the company's office environment, coordinate with cleaning staff to do a good job in the hygiene management of public areas, and create a comfortable office atmosphere.

  • 负责公司前台接待工作,热情、专业地接待来访客人、合作伙伴及员工,做好登记、引导工作,维护前台区域整洁有序。
  • 负责公司电话接听、转接,做好来电记录,及时传达相关信息,确保沟通顺畅;处理前台日常文件收发、分类、归档工作。
  • 负责公司办公用品的采购、登记、发放及库存管理,定期盘点,确保办公用品供应充足、使用规范。
  • 负责公司会议室预约、布置及使用后的整理工作,协调会议相关事宜,保障会议顺利开展。
  • 负责新员工工作签证相关办理工作:协助收集、整理新员工签证申请所需个人及公司相关资料,核对资料完整性与规范性;对接当地签证办理机构、人力资源部门,跟进签证申请进度,及时反馈办理情况,确保签证如期获批。
  • 协助处理公司行政日常事务,配合各部门完成相关协调工作,完成上级交办的其他行政类工作任务。
  • 维护公司办公环境的整体整洁,协调保洁人员做好公共区域卫生管理,营造舒适的办公氛围。
