Front Desk Receptionist (Evening Shift)

Accident & Injury Care is seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a busy, hybrid chiropractic, massage, and exercise rehabilitation clinic specializing in treating patients recovering from auto and work-related injuries, as well as those using private health insurance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can self-manage effectively, and enjoys delivering excellent patient care while juggling multiple responsibilities.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM), Monday–Friday
  • Pay: $22.00 – $27.50 per hour (DOE)
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as available
  • Potential to transition to morning shifts when available

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Answer and manage high volumes of phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple providers and therapies (chiropractic, massage, rehab, wellness services)
  • Balance and optimize multiple provider schedules within the same day
  • Track patient treatment plans and ensure proper scheduling alignment
  • Manage patient flow in a fast-paced, multi-service clinic environment
  • Provide facility tours and educate patients on services and wellness offerings
  • Assist patients with wellness services and general support needs
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks, including laundry and maintaining front desk organization
  • Navigate and multitask across multiple software systems efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and clinic environment

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to self-manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical, chiropractic, massage, or wellness clinic
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI (Protected Health Information)
  • Experience with Jane, MindBody, OfficeAlly, and Square software systems
  • Experience coordinating multiple providers or service types
  • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or rehabilitation
  • Leadership potential and desire to grow into a Front Desk Lead role
