Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests efficiently
• Maintain front desk records and ensure data accuracy in the system
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Hotel Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
