Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Call Receptionist based in Pakistan to handle inbound calls for our U.S. operations.
This role requires working evening/night hours aligned with U.S. business operations and interacting directly with business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from U.S. clients in a professional and confident manner
- Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Take accurate messages with attention to detail
- Provide clear and concise information to callers
- Maintain professionalism and control during all interactions
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and listening)
- Clear, neutral, and easy-to-understand accent
- Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately during live calls
- Ability to work evening/night shifts consistently
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (remote position)
- Previous call handling or receptionist experience is a plus
Working Hours (Pakistan Standard Time):
- 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM PKT (may vary slightly with U.S. daylight saving time)
Compensation:
