Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Call Receptionist based in Pakistan to handle inbound calls for our U.S. operations.

This role requires working evening/night hours aligned with U.S. business operations and interacting directly with business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls from U.S. clients in a professional and confident manner
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Take accurate messages with attention to detail
  • Provide clear and concise information to callers
  • Maintain professionalism and control during all interactions
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and listening)
  • Clear, neutral, and easy-to-understand accent
  • Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately during live calls
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts consistently
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (remote position)
  • Previous call handling or receptionist experience is a plus

Working Hours (Pakistan Standard Time):

  • 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM PKT (may vary slightly with U.S. daylight saving time)

Compensation:

Competitive base pay (based on experience and performance)
