We’re looking for someone who naturally creates a warm, elevated, and seamless environment while keeping things organized behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves people, and takes pride in creating a polished, high-end experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a high-volume appointment book with accuracy and flow
- Support membership clients (billing, updates, communication)
- Guide clients through checkout, prebooking, and retail recommendations
- Maintain a clean, elevated front-of-house environment
- Communicate clearly with the team to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Naturally warm, welcoming, and polished presence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Team player mindset with a positive attitude
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or salon/spa preferred (but not required)
