Front Desk Receptionist

At Sweet Alchemy, our front desk is more than reception—it’s the first and last impression of every client experience.

We’re looking for someone who naturally creates a warm, elevated, and seamless environment while keeping things organized behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves people, and takes pride in creating a polished, high-end experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage a high-volume appointment book with accuracy and flow
• Support membership clients (billing, updates, communication)
• Guide clients through checkout, prebooking, and retail recommendations
• Maintain a clean, elevated front-of-house environment
• Communicate clearly with the team to keep the day running smoothly

• Clear, professional communication skills
• Team player mindset with a positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or salon/spa preferred (but not required)
