This Is NOT a Typical Front Desk Job

We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, people-focused Front Desk Superstar who can own the first and last impression of every patient who walks through our doors.

This role is part hospitality, part operations, and part communication hub. It plays a major role in how patients feel, show up, and commit to care.

If you naturally take ownership, notice the details others miss, bring energy into a room, and prefer structure over chaos, this will feel like a great fit.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Creating an exceptional first impression for every patient
• Managing phones, scheduling, and patient flow with precision
• Keeping the front desk organized and running efficiently
• Confirming appointments and helping reduce no-shows
• Supporting the clinical and case management team
• Maintaining a positive, high-energy clinic environment

Position Details

• Full-Time, In-Person (The Woodlands, TX)
• Monday through Friday with occasional events
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
