Front Desk Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle member check-ins and visitor registrations efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and general inquiries regarding club activities, memberships, timings, and bookings.
  • Manage court, turf, coaching, and event bookings using the club’s scheduling system.
  • Assist customers with membership registration, renewals, payments, and package details.
  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and daily transactions.
  • Coordinate with coaches, trainers, housekeeping, and operations staff to ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Monitor reception area cleanliness and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
  • Process cash, card, and online payments while maintaining proper billing records.
  • Provide information about tournaments, coaching sessions, fitness programs, and promotional offers.
  • Ensure safety and club policies are followed by members and visitors.
  • Maintain inventory of reception supplies, forms, and basic sports equipment if assigned.
  • Support event coordination, registrations, and crowd management during tournaments or club events.
  • Prepare daily reports related to attendance, bookings, and revenue collection.
  • Assist in social media inquiries and customer follow-ups when required.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing documents, data entry, and preparing reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking software/MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, gym, or sports club operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of indoor sports activities and customer handling is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
