Job Location: Kuwait - Onsite Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials across the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent client relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the construction and building materials industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and traders</li><li>Conduct regular outdoor visits to construction sites, retail outlets, and project locations</li><li>Promote building materials and achieve assigned sales targets</li><li>Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payments</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements</li><li>Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;8 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and customer base</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)</li></ul>Added Advantage<ul><li>Experience in plywood, wood, laminates, timber, MDF, veneer, and related wood-based products</li><li>Existing client base within joineries, carpentry workshops, or interior fit-out companies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD400.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of outdoor sales experience do you have in building materials within the UAE market?</li><li>Do you have a valid driver's license?</li><li>We must fill this position urgently.
