Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials across the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent client relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and traders
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to construction sites, retail outlets, and project locations
- Promote building materials and achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payments
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly
Requirements
- Minimum 4–8 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials.
- Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and customer base
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Added Advantage
- Experience in plywood, wood, laminates, timber, MDF, veneer, and related wood-based products
- Existing client base within joineries, carpentry workshops, or interior fit-out companies

Pay: From KD400.000 per month
