Position: Mobile Pump Operator – Ready Mix Concrete

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and maintaining mobile concrete pump equipment to place ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently at construction sites. Ensures accurate concrete placement, equipment safety, and compliance with company and site regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile concrete pump trucks and boom pumps for concrete placement at construction sites.
• Set up, position, and stabilize pumping equipment before operation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and concrete mixer drivers to ensure smooth pumping activities.
• Monitor concrete flow and adjust pumping operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Inspect pipelines, hoses, boom sections, and pumping equipment before and after use.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of the concrete pump and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational issues and report major faults to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and construction site requirements.
• Maintain daily equipment inspection reports, service records, and operational logs.
• Follow proper shutdown and cleaning procedures after pumping operations.
• Assist in assembling and dismantling pipeline systems when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area around the pumping equipment.

Required Skills:

• Operation of mobile concrete pumps and boom pumps.
• Knowledge of concrete pumping techniques and RMC operations.
• Preventive maintenance and equipment inspection.
• Understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read site plans and follow placement instructions.
• Safety awareness and hazard identification.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid heavy vehicle/operator license as required by UAE local regulations.
• Experience operating mobile concrete pumps in the construction or RMC industry.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and at different project locations.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
