We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is organized
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services
  • Process payments and maintain records
  • Coordinate with therapists and other team members
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
