We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is organized
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services
- Process payments and maintain records
- Coordinate with therapists and other team members
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
