Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Refined interpersonal and telephone communication skills
- A high level of computer proficiency
- Cash and Credit Card handling experience
- An exceptional attention to detail
- A strong work ethic, confidence and an overall great attitude
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
- The ability to lift at least 40lbs and be on your feet most of the shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients
- Manage multiple phone lines
- Schedule appointments
- Generate invoices and explain charges to clients
- Process payments (cash, checks, credit, debit, CareCredit)
- Data entry into a veterinary software program
- File preparation and filing
- Manage medical records, reports, and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with Doctors, Technicians and clients
- Clean and prepare exam rooms for appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
