Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative and scheduling duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays or balances
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics in the EMR system
• Handle incoming faxes, emails, and correspondence
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

• Language - Russian and English or Georgian and English is required
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and EMR systems (e.g., MedGen, PracticeFushion, or similar) a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
