Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this energetic role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer support to visitors and staff alike. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information or routing calls efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records to support office operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, supporting both internal teams and external clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (preferably Spanish) is required
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office management procedures, and customer support best practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, customer service, and office communication
