In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service while managing a busy front desk environment. Your positive attitude, communication skills, and organizational abilities will help ensure smooth daily office operations and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the values of Egnite Electric.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clients, field technicians, and team members. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your administrative and office management skills while supporting a fast-paced electrical contracting team dedicated to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and technicians with professionalism and courtesy in both English and Spanish
  • Manage phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure documents are accurate and properly stored
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Provide support including filing, document preparation, correspondence review, and supply administrative management
  • Assist customers by answering questions regarding services, appointments, or general company information.
  • Coordinate communication between the office team and field technicians.
  • Restock beverages and snacks in designated office areas to ensure availability for staff and visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, preferably in construction, electrical, or service-based industries
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Experience with clerical tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
