Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

Job Description: Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

  • Manage the front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped reception area, ensuring availability of necessary stationery and materials.
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and fax messages, ensuring prompt and accurate routing to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Keep an updated log of office extensions, personnel movements, and internal changes.
  • Receive all incoming documents, letters, packages, and ensure timely distribution to the concerned departments.
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, offering excellent customer service at all times.
  • .Job Specification:
  • Qualification: Intermediate (F.A / FSC / I.Com / ICS / D.Com)
  • Experience: Preferably 3-4 years of experience.
  • Location: 97-A, Jail Road, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
