Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support administrative and HR tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Good appearance and professional attitude
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (experience is a plus)
