Dr. Zarqa’s Clinic is hiring a Receptionist as the first point of contact for clients. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer focused approach while also promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, manage check-ins, and maintain records
- Handle calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Keep reception area clean and organized
- Provide information on treatments, packages, and offers
- Build client relationships and support sales goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, friendly, and customer service–oriented
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Sales-driven and motivated
- Residence near DHA Phase 4 or Gulberg preferred
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
