Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

Dr. Zarqa’s Clinic is hiring a Receptionist as the first point of contact for clients. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer focused approach while also promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, manage check-ins, and maintain records
  • Handle calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Keep reception area clean and organized
  • Provide information on treatments, packages, and offers
  • Build client relationships and support sales goals

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, friendly, and customer service–oriented
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Sales-driven and motivated
  • Residence near DHA Phase 4 or Gulberg preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
