The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This position demands a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages, including but not limited to French, Russian, German, and Spanish. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, assist with inquiries, and perform administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and members with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and bookings accurately.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in scheduling classes, appointments, and other services offered by the gym.
  • Provide information about gym facilities, memberships, and services in multiple languages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Administrative Support:

  • Input and maintain accurate membership and client data in the CRM system.
  • Process payment transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with any administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members regarding facility maintenance and improvements.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and service enhancement suggestions in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all members receive a consistently high level of service to promote guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; a graduate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (French, Russian, German, Spanish, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Experience with CRM systems and cash handling.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar front desk role.
  • Proficient in using a CRM or membership management system.
