Front Desk Receptionist – Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality Sector Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room availability using hotel booking systems.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to meet guest needs.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Real Estate Sector Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and notify agents or brokers of their arrival.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Schedule property showings, open houses, and appointments for agents.
  • Maintain office calendars and coordinate meeting room availability.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing listing documents and client files.
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, reflecting a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
