Job Summary:
The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer | HR /Admin Support is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative and HR assistance, and supporting the sales team. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, professional communication with clients and employees, and accurate documentation for both sales and HR activities.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
HR Support:
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
- Support HR in preparing documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
- Update and organize employee files and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, collecting documents).
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and maintain training records.
- Help organize staff events and handle HR-related communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, reception, sales, or HR support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
