Front Desk Receptionist - Hr/Admin Support

Job Summary:

The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer | HR /Admin Support is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative and HR assistance, and supporting the sales team. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, professional communication with clients and employees, and accurate documentation for both sales and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

HR Support:

  • Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support HR in preparing documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
  • Update and organize employee files and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, collecting documents).
  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees and maintain training records.
  • Help organize staff events and handle HR-related communication.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, reception, sales, or HR support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • 2years: 1 year (Preferred)
