Front Desk Receptionist (NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKERS)

The Membership & Front Desk Executive is responsible for delivering excellent member service while driving membership sales and renewals. The role combines front desk operations with membership sales responsibilities, ensuring a welcoming club environment, efficient member support, and achievement of monthly revenue and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Member Experience:

- Welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

- Manage check-ins, inquiries, and provide accurate club information.

- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front desk area.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.

- Maintain logs, sign-in sheets, reports, and required documentation.

- Resolve member concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

- Follow club SOPs and operational procedures.

- Ensure minimum performance criteria for the day is met consistently by required calls/SMS & confirmed appointments for the day.

Membership Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Promote and sell gym and MMA memberships to potential members.

- Conduct club tours and explain membership benefits and programs.

- Achieve monthly membership sales targets and revenue goals.

- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.

- Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships.

- Maintain accurate records of sales and member information.

Member Retention & Renewals:

- Contact existing members for membership renewals.

- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention.

- Handle member feedback and develop retention strategies.

- Conduct follow-up calls with members to ensure satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to sales and front desk activities.

- Maintain member records and ensure data accuracy.

- Coordinate with trainers, MMA coaches and management for member requirements.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

KPI’s & Performance Indicators:

- Monthly membership sales targets.

- Membership renewal percentage.

- Lead conversion ratio.

- Member satisfaction and service quality.

- Accuracy of reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales and negotiation abilities.

- Customer service orientation.

- Organizational and multitasking skills.

- Computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, membership software).

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, gym operations, or customer service.

- Experience in fitness industry is an advantage.
