Infinity MN (Infinity Neuromotor Development Center) is located in Edina, MN. Our branch is an expansion of Infinity Iowa, which seeks to expand a successful, fast-growing, family-owned practice serving children with neurodevelopmental delays while utilizing functional neurology principles to provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological and musculoskeletal deficits.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist & Scheduler to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with efficient scheduling and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple communication systems, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining organized office workflows.   • Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to foster a friendly environment
  • Manage multiple communication systems (phone, email, text), answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars using Apple products and Microsoft Office tools
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating client information in various databases
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Managing billing and payments for patients
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting administrative projects

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk operations with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multiple communication systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
  • Office management experience with knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment
  • Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques and demonstrate quick adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
