Responsibilities:


Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff member

Manage the flow of visitors and appointments, ensuring that clients are seen promptly

Respond to client inquiries and provide information on our services and properties

Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including stocking brochures and marketing materials

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members

Assist with special projects and events as needed

Provide support to other departments as needed


Requirements:


Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
