1. Call Center & Customer Service Representative

The Role: Join our high-energy central hub! You are the first voice our patients hear. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist with scheduling, and solve problems with a smile in your voice.
Requirements: Superb telephone etiquette and a proactive attitude. Bilingual is a plus! We provide paid training for those looking to enter the dental field.

2. Front Office Receptionist (FO)

The Role: The face of our local practice! You’ll manage busy appointment schedules, handle insurance claims, and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
Requirements: Friendly personality and a reliable schedule. Willing to train motivated individuals from hospitality or retail backgrounds!

3. General Treatment Coordinator (TC)

The Role: You are the bridge between clinical recommendations and the patient’s health! You’ll handle treatment planning, discuss finances comfortably, and use your sales skills to help patients navigate their care.
Requirements: 2+ years of TC experience and strong knowledge of PPO/HMO insurance.

4. Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Ortho TC)

The Role: Specialize in the world of smiles! You will focus specifically on Ortho consultations, explaining long-term treatment plans (braces/Invisalign), managing Ortho-specific insurance, and setting up payment contracts.
Requirements: Previous Orthodontic or high-level sales/consultation experience preferred. Must be comfortable discussing large-scale treatment plans and financing.

Availability & Logistics

Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) with rotating or occasional Saturdays.
Flexibility: Front Office and TC roles may involve commuting between our beautiful Greater Sacramento offices. Call Center positions are in-person at our central hub.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week preferred.
