Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Who You Are

  • Experienced in dental front office (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Comfortable collecting payments the same day
  • Understands insurance breakdowns and verification
  • Growth-minded and wants to build a career — not just have a job
  • Has leadership qualities and wants to help build systems
  • Passionate about patient health, not just scheduling
  • Protects culture and operates drama-free

Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Presenting treatment and financial options clearly and confidently
  • Collecting payments and securing financing
  • Insurance verification and benefit explanation
  • Scheduling for productivity and profitability
  • Recall systems and unscheduled treatment follow-up
  • Helping drive production goals
  • Monitoring daily collections and adjusting when needed
  • Creating a 5-star patient experience from check-in to check-out
  • Supporting marketing efforts and Google review growth

This role directly impacts the health of patients and the health of the practice.

Tier-based compensation increases tied to performance, collections, and leadership impact.

Compensation

Competitive hourly + performance-based incentives (discussed during interview).
Pay will reflect experience, production contribution, and leadership ability.
