Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • Teams
  • Ability to quickly learn additional software programs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office setting

Selected candidate subject to background check

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
  • Receive incoming calls and forward calls to appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Accept and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Retrieve outgoing and incoming mail
  • Prepare and organize conference rooms for meetings
  • Set up and assist with video conferences
  • Report equipment issues to the IT department
  • Distribute inter-office mail via courier
  • Make copies, scan documents, and perform general office support tasks
  • Assist paralegals with mail, filing, and sending letters
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
