Thrive Winter Park is a growing, physician-led medical wellness practice focused on longevity and performance. We are looking for a front desk sales coordinator who can manage incoming leads, follow up consistently, schedule consultations, and convert interest into booked appointments.

This is an entry-level role with real earning potential and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to Instagram, website, and phone inquiries
• Follow up with warm leads (no cold calling)
• Schedule consultations and treatments
• Confirm appointments and manage provider schedules
• Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, high-end experience
• Assist with checkout and package sales
• Support the clinical team as needed

You are the first impression and the conversion point.

Compensation

• $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission on services and package sales
• Performance incentives tied to monthly booking goals

High performers can significantly increase earnings through consistent booking and sales follow-up.

• Wellness, salon, fitness, hospitality, or luxury retail
• Front desk or customer service
• Lead follow-up and appointment setting
