We're looking for someone to join our fast-growing and fun team. This is primarily an administrative and phone sales position, with the most crucial aspect being interacting with and helping potential patients so that everyone who comes into contact with our business feels listened to and cared for.
You must have strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy along with an outgoing and welcoming personality. Experience in the health and fitness world is strongly preferred as our primary client is an active individual who cares about their health and fitness, and we want to practice what we preach. An Overview:
Our Front Desk Sales Associate is considered one of the most important roles at Vitality Therapy & Performance. Our Front Desk Sales Associate is the very first voice that a potential or current client hears when they inquire about us and what we do. The relationship that is built from there can determine whether someone will choose us & ultimately gain access to our experts - the Physical Therapy team - who is responsible for solving their problem and helping them reach their goals. This is done through our Discovery Call process which will be explained below, and your success is dependent on that first interaction.
This position is responsible for guiding new patients along their journey to success. This includes helping them understand and feel comfortable choosing us and our team and accommodating their needs as they go through the treatment process, along with continuing to maintain a relationship with them even after they complete their care.
The Discovery Call/Sales Process:
At Vitality, we strive not to be like most medical offices. Our priority is placed on listening to the patient's story, how their injury is impacting them, and what they would like our help accomplishing to make sure that we are the best fit for them before getting them scheduled! From there, if they are the right fit, your role is to explain the value in what we do and the cost/investment of our services that will allow them to get back to their goals.
This is where sales comes in.
Patients have a choice. They can choose to go somewhere else, use their insurance, and get a traditional/cookie-cutter PT experience... Or they can invest in their health & wellness by working with us.
A successful Front Desk Sales Associate will be able to dig deep with the potential patient on the phone, discover what truly motivates them, and help them to the conclusion that working with us is best for them.

We’re looking for a conversationalist who has "good energy", is outgoing, empathetic, and can hold meaningful conversations with potential patients. You need to be organized, proactive, and not afraid of sales and the rejection that goes along with it. If you can listen well, build relationships, and aren’t shy about explaining the value of what we do, this could be the perfect fit for you.
