Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, expert sales advice and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
  • Handle bookings using our CRM
  • Create basic social media posts and receive sales incentives from the online engagement you create.
  • Process payments accurately, including invoicing and collecting payments.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service role or sales role is required.
  • Basic Computer Skills are a must
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective guest interactions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure is crucial for success in this role.
