Front Desk Sales – Angelica B Beauty

Location: South Park, San Diego

Position Type: W2 Employee

Availability: Must be available Thursdays and weekends (including Saturday & Sunday)

Pay: $20-$25/hr (based on experience) + all education/training included + Sales Bonus

Must-Have Qualities: We’re not just looking for someone to sit at the desk. We’re looking for a driven, outgoing sales professional who can create connections, confidently recommend products, and close sales—while still making every client feel genuinely cared for.

Important: This is not a stepping-stone role for estheticians. We are looking for someone who wants to shine as a career front desk + retail sales expert, building strong client relationships and excelling in product sales long-term.

What You'll Be Doing:

*Be the first impression of Angelica B Beauty—warm, welcoming, and sales-focused

*Engage every client in genuine conversation, identify their needs, and confidently recommend retail or services

*Sell with confidence—from skincare to makeup to boutique add-ons

*Use social media (Instagram/TikTok stories, reels, product tips) to highlight products, share tips, and engage our online community

*Assist clients with light makeup demos and consultations

*Manage check-ins, check-outs, and bookings while keeping the boutique running smoothly

*Own your numbers—set, track, and achieve personal and team sales goals

*Partner directly with the owner to create a strong, sales-focused front desk culture that will set the standard for all future hires

*Keep retail displays fresh, stocked, and inspiring

*Stay on top of product knowledge and seasonal promotions

What We’re Looking For:

*Natural people-person who loves to talk, connect, and sell

*Strong communication skills and a fearless, outgoing personality

*Retail sales, beauty counter, or service sales experience is a major plus

*Social media confidence (posting stories, reels, product tips)

*Passion for makeup, skincare, and clean beauty

*Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

*NOT an esthetician or someone currently pursuing esthetics—we want someone excited to thrive in this role long-term
