Blackout AZ, a leader in automotive customization specializing in Window Tint, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, and Car Detailing, is hiring for a Front Desk Sales & Operations Specialist. This dynamic role combines front desk operations, sales, and customer relationship management to ensure a seamless and premium experience for our clients.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, sales-driven professional with 2-3+ years of experience in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and is passionate about achieving sales goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Morning Operations
- Vehicle Check-Ins: Greet customers, check in vehicles, and assist with product selection.
- Upselling & Product Knowledge: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
Daily Sales & Customer Interaction
- Lead Follow-Ups: Call and follow up with leads, provide quotes, and schedule appointments.
- Customer Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally and promptly.
Shop Coordination & Workflow Management
- Installer Coordination: Collaborate with the installation team to ensure vehicles are worked on in the correct order and deadlines are met.
- Problem Resolution: Communicate delays or changes to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
End-of-Day Duties
- Checkout & Payments: Facilitate smooth vehicle pickups, process payments, and finalize transactions.
- Customer Reviews: Request and collect reviews to maintain a 5-star rating.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-touch environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy shop setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to quickly learn about window tint, PPF, and related services.
Preferred
- Experience in the automotive or similar service-based industry.
- Familiarity with invoicing software and point-of-sale systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience.
- Commission: Eligible for monthly commission pay.
- Hours: Full-time (40–45 hours/week).
