Front Desk Specialist

Pay Range $18.00-$21.00

Health Benefits (Medical, Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan)

Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12

• Greeting patients
• Providing Patient Care Support
• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining accurate patient demographics in EMR (Greenway/PrimeSuite)
• Verifying insurance, and updating demographic information.

A minimum of 1-year professional front desk medical experience is preferred. Travel to
practice locations is required. EMR experience (preferably Greenway/PrimeSuite and
Phreesia).
