Responsibilities:

Retention

· Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction

· Deepening relationships with customers by engaging in building trust

· Prospecting and generating new business

· Help meet agency goals through independent and collective teamwork

· Maintaining accurate documentation in the agency systems and secure all trailing documents from customers.

· Initiate contact with customers through phone, email, and mail for policy maintenance.

· Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.

· Call follow up on outstanding past due payments

· Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

· Take premium payments from customers.

· Maintain knowledge of new products.

· Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

· Generating insurance quotes.

· Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists

· Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed

· Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead database.

Qualifications and Skills

· Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

· Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

· Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

· Must have the ability to multi-task.

· Career-minded vision.

· Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

· Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license

· Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Part or Full time with ability to become or are a licensed CSR

Upto 40 hrs. (M-F)

Requested Requirements:

Preferred 1 years’ experience of relevant work or servicing and engaging with clients

Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus

Excellent communication skills, written & verbal

Computer skills a must

Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
