Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Staff member to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn in Aberdeen, MD. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations and inquiries, managing phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The Front Desk Staff plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression and upholding the Hilton Garden Inn’s hospitality standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to effectively manage guest experiences and offer professional service.
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, collaborate with team members, and assist guests courteously.
  • Basic Computer Literacy skills to manage bookings, check-in/check-out processes, and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a hotel setting.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles is a plus.
