Front Desk Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. The schedule would be Wednesdays from 1-5, Fridays from 10-5 and Saturdays from 10-4. PA child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting and PA state record check must be received in order to be employed.

In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism will contribute to creating a warm and efficient environment for clients, staff, and guests alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and assisting visitors or clients with their needs.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Canva, and social media.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills combined with professional demeanor and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to perform light cleaning duties, light lifting and standing

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
