Role Description

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at our Walnut Creek, CA location. Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, scheduling appointments, resolving client inquiries, managing administrative tasks, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to oversee and motivate a front desk team.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage appointments and ensure efficient operations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to handle client interactions and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including billing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Experience in a related customer-facing role, preferably in the spa, healthcare, or wellness industry, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and general office equipment is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is an advantage.


Pay

  • $22-$27/Hour + Eligible for Monthly Bonus
