Front Office Team Lead

Delta Fire, Inc. is looking for a proactive Front Office Team Leader to lead our administrative team. This is a career-track role for an experienced, organized professional ready to manage everything from HR and benefits to contract administration and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations & SOPs: Master and optimize company workflows (Contracts, Service, A/P, A/R, Inventory); update SOPs.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee contract lifecycles, assign/maintain contracts, and provide staff training as needed.
  • Service Support: Learn service administrative duties and provide support where necessary.
  • HR & Benefits: Serve as the primary HR/Benefits contact; manage onboarding, workers’ comp claims, employee files, and open enrollment. Communicate changes/updates with payroll department.
  • Purchasing Support: Coordinate between the Fabrication Shop and Purchasing Agent to resolve order issues and backorders. Manage/process inventory transfers/receipts.
  • Leadership: Transition from a mentored role to full supervisory status, then report directly to the Executive Team.

Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven experience in team management and staff development.
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and PDF editing.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with basic HR practices and benefits coordination.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational expertise, and a "customer-first" mindset.
  • Commitment: Reliable, punctual, and seeking a long-term, in-office career.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Experience with Foundation Software.
  • Basic payroll or bookkeeping skills.
  • Familiarity with remote meeting tools (role is fully in person).
