Front Desk Supervisor | Pre-Opening Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and leading a professional, guest-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the front office standards from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in/out experiences.

  • Supervise Front Desk colleagues, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and a guest-focused mindset.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, efficiently, and empathetically.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.

  • Personalize guest service by maintaining awareness of guest preferences and profiles.

  • Review cashier and city ledger bills at the end of shifts to ensure accuracy.

  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk supervision, preferably in luxury or pre-opening hotels.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage a multicultural team and maintain high service standards.

  • Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
