Front Desk & Waiting Area Manager (Female)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients warmly with a professional and courteous attitude
• Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages
• Schedule, confirm, and organize patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Oversee the waiting area and ensure patient comfort at all times
• Conduct follow-ups with patients regarding appointments and treatments
• Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, printing, emails, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Offer refreshments (tea/coffee/juice) and coordinate with support staff
• Encourage patients to leave feedback on Google and social media platforms

• Wear clinic-provided uniform at all times
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
• Communicate confidently and professionally with patients
• Represent the clinic with a welcoming and positive attitude
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in healthcare or dental clinic)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
