Front desk/PCT/MA/Phlebotomist

```Job Summary:```

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front desk/PCT/MA to join our team. This is a PRN position only. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient care, ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of patients, charting, overseeing that the clinic is running smoothly, scheduling and handling payments.

```Duties:```

- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure and oxygen saturation

- Provide direct patient care

- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure patient safety at all times

```Qualifications:```

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge of some medical terminology

- Experience working in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients
