Job Summary

As a Front-End Developer, you will oversee the design, development, and optimization of web applications. You will lead a team of front-end developers, ensure best practices in coding, and collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of front-end developers.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive front-end applications.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to implement user interfaces.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for accessibility, security, and performance.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and project roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in front-end development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js. (Figma Experience preferable)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, TailwindCSS, or similar modern tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
