The English Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging English language lessons to students. The role involves developing students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
• Develop and implement curriculum-aligned teaching plans and learning materials.
• Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage active participation and critical thinking in the classroom.
• Maintain discipline and create a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification/license as required by local regulations.
• Strong command of English language and grammar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
