Job Title: Front end Developer (Team Lead – Agile / MERN / Next.js)

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who not only loves coding but also thrives in leading teams and building agile development environments. You’ll work with the MERN stack, Next.js, and modern tooling while also driving agile ceremonies, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring sprint goals are met. If you’re someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on development, project ownership, and leadership, this is your ideal role.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers in an Agile/Scrum setup

● Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

● Develop and maintain applications using MERN stack, Next.js, and Remix

● Own full project lifecycle from architecture to deployment

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams

● Manage and optimize cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring

● Review code, establish best practices, and guide team on technical decisions

● Handle task management, issue tracking, and reporting using Jira

● Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features

Required Skills

Frontend

● React.js, Next.js

● Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks

● Redux / Zustand / Recoil (State Management)

● Responsive UI development & optimization

● Cross-browser compatibility handling

Mobile Development (Nice to Have)

● React Native (iOS/Android)

● Familiarity with mobile deployment (App Store / Play Store) Bonus Skills

● TypeScript

● Prisma / Mongoose

● Unit & integration testing (Jest, Cypress, RTL)

● Agile project ownership or Scrum Master experience

● Experience in a startup/fast-paced environment
