Front End Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Mid-Level) Frontend Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team at Devspark Labs. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, modern frontend architectures, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization. You will play a key role in leading frontend initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality, scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs and user flows into high-quality, reusable components and front-end architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver robust solutions.
• Drive technical excellence, establish coding standards, and perform code reviews.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO, ensuring best practices for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and propose innovations to enhance our products.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior frontend team members.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 Years of strong frontend development experience, with deep hands-on expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Expert-level understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
• Proven experience with advanced state management library Redux.
• Strong knowledge of integrating and managing RESTful APIs endpoints
• Solid understanding of modern frontend builds pipelines and tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD practices, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
