The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to engage potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company products and services.</li><li>Communicate professionally and confidently with potential clients in English.</li><li>Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales leads.</li><li>Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.</li><li>Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development or Sales team.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.</li><li>Handle customer questions and provide relevant information about company services.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.</li><li>Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to improve lead conversion.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on calling activities, lead status, and sales progress.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidate with at least 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Cold Calling, Telesales, or Sales.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional speaking ability.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.</li><li>Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.</li><li>Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.</li><li>Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.</li><li>Good negotiation and persuasion skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.</li><li>Good follow-up and time management skills.</li><li>Previous experience in IT/Software sales or international cold calling will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Number of daily outbound calls.</li><li>Number of qualified leads generated.</li><li>Number of meetings/demos scheduled.</li><li>Lead conversion rate.</li><li>Follow-up effectiveness.</li><li>Achievement of monthly sales and lead-generation targets.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Description &ndash; User Acquisition Manager &amp; ASO Specialist Position: User Acquisition Manager &amp; ASO Specialist Experience: 3&ndash;4 Years Industry: Gaming / Mobile Games Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Lahore, Pakistan Work Mode: OnsiteWe are looking for an experienced and data-driven User Acquisition Manager &amp; ASO Specialist with 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in the gaming industry. The candidate should have strong expertise in paid user acquisition, campaign optimization, App Store Optimization (ASO), analytics, and performance marketing. Experience managing campaigns for mobile games across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad networks will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: User Acquisition &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and relevant gaming ad networks.</li><li>Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and revenue targets.</li><li>Develop and test different ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign structures.</li><li>Monitor user acquisition funnels and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.</li></ul>App Store Optimization (ASO)<ul><li>Develop and execute ASO strategies for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.</li><li>Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, metadata, screenshots, icons, and promotional assets.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic app visibility.</li><li>Monitor and improve App Store Conversion Rate (CVR) and organic user acquisition.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing of store listings, screenshots, icons, and other visual assets.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including:</li><li>CPI (Cost Per Install)</li><li>CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)</li><li>ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)</li><li>LTV (Lifetime Value)</li><li>Retention Rate</li><li>ARPU / ARPPU</li><li>Conversion Rate</li><li>Organic vs. Paid Installs</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of professional experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, ASO, or Growth Marketing.</li><li>Proven experience in the mobile gaming industry is required.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games.</li><li>Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and mobile advertising platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ASO, keyword research, app store rankings, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Experience with mobile attribution and analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of gaming KPIs including CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU, and ARPPU.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience and performance.</li><li>Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.</li><li>Opportunity to work on international mobile gaming products.</li><li>Professional and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Exposure to large-scale user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in the gaming and digital marketing industry.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
