Job Description: Frontend Developer

Experience Level: 1–3 years / 3–5 years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer who has strong expertise in UI/UX implementation, frontend coding standards, and modern web design practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, good understanding of PHP, and strong knowledge of Figma for converting designs into responsive front-end interfaces.
Experience working with WordPress or CI/CD pipelines (like Git, Docker, Drone, Jenkins) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, modern frontend layouts.
• Build and customize themes/templates in WordPress (optional but preferred).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and implement frontend improvements.
• Work with Git version control and participate in code reviews.
• (If applicable) Assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Basic to intermediate experience in PHP.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into clean, responsive front-end code.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Experience with WordPress frontend development (themes, templates) OR understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Git, Docker, Jenkins/Drone etc.)
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly frontend development.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, or other CSS frameworks.
• Experience with jQuery or modern JS frameworks (React/Vue) is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
• Knowledge of Git branching, merge processes, and pull requests.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Drone, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–5 years of relevant experience (adjust as required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
